As a seasoned Senior HVAC Supervisor, the role encompasses overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

With a track record of at least 6 years in the field, the incumbent will assume responsibility for ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency across various facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to sustain peak performance of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess system performance, identify faults, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for procurement, repairs, and service contracts.
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and expenditure.
  • Liaise with facility management teams to address HVACrelated concerns and support ongoing projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements, codes, and regulations, integrating relevant innovations into operational practices.
  • Uphold a commitment to workplace safety, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
The Senior HVAC Supervisor role demands strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a dedication to delivering high-quality HVAC services.
