    • Conducts periodic strategicreviews with the Administrative Affairs Director, planning theorganization s structure around planned business growth, challengesand priorities faced by the Company
    • Ensuresthat organization design and structure captures the service levelsrequired and promotes the most effective use ofresources
    • Provides support and guidance to thebest staffing structure for each Section for achievement of goalsand objectives and service levels
    • Drives thedevelopment of KPI s and departmental objectives to support theorganizations overall strategy.
    • Supports Headsof Units to develop SMART KPI s and objectives for teammembersLeads recruiting and staffing practices to ensure theidentification and recruitment of key talent.
    • With the support of the team is proactive in ensuring replacementplanning across all Sections, the identification of theCompany's employees who may potentially be able to fillpositions as they become vacant, encourages internal promotion ofemployees
    • Accountable for setting the hiringsalary scale of all recruitment positions.
    • Sign off of Recruitment Consulting companies terms and conditionsand adds to the Company's preferred supplierlisting.
    • Custodian of the Company'sgrading structure, ensuring alignment of designations andbenefits.
    • Maintains the annual salary reviewprocess, taking into consideration cost of living increases, marketrates and conducted salary surveys.
    • Designsand delivers employee benefits to be competitive in the localmarkets and cost efficient for theorganisation.
    • Accountable of the accuratepayment of all employees, the final sign off monthly payrolldata.
    • Ensures that salary surveys areconducted as required to monitor the market place and ensures acompetitive compensation package.
    • Recommendsnew approaches, policies and procedures to effect continualimprovements in efficiency of Sections and servicesperformed.
    • Ensures all HR staff areknowledgeable and fully trained in effective execution andimplementation of HR policies andprocedures
