    • Provide massage services to guestsusing props and/or products.
    • Provide bodytreatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/orhydrotherapy.
    • Assess guest needs and inquireabout contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, andpregnancy) before beginning service.
    • Keep up todate with current techniques and modalities related to their fieldof work.
    • Escort guests to and from treatmentrooms.
    • Arrange workstation, treatment room,and/or drapes.
    • Frequently check with guest topromote comfort, safety and security throughoutservice.
    • Promote and sell spa/salon servicesincluding retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, andsterilize tools.
    • Maintain cleanliness ofworkstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose oftrash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at theend of each shift.
    • Monitor and stick to timeschedule throughout the day.
    • Handleinappropriate guest behavior by following Marriott Internationalstandard operating procedures for Inappropriate conduct for guestsand therapists, leading up to and including stopping a treatment orservice and informingsupervisor/manager.
    • Maintain current skills andlicensure in service area as per regionalrequirements.
    • Report accidents, injuries, andunsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training andcertifications.
    • Follow all company policies andprocedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean andprofessional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information;protect company assets.
    • Welcome and acknowledgeall guests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests' service needs; thank guests with genuineappreciation.
    • Speak with others using clear andprofessional language.
    • Develop and maintainpositive working relationships withothers.
    • Stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizeand weight.
    • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, andplace objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds withoutassistance.
    • Grasp, turn, and manipulate objectsof varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills andhand-eye coordination.
    • Perform other reasonablejob duties as requested bySupervisors.
