    The role aims to be recognized as a trustedfinance team member. This role supports the finance lead in alltraining and development activities to develop best-in-classfinance professionals and assists in developing their finance team.
    This role supports a robust control and compliance environment andcontributes to implement EMEA Operations Finance innovations andprojects.

    What will I be doing? The General Cashier supervises andaccounts for all cash activities of the Hotel, safeguards cashassets, and prepares all financial reports related to cashtransactions.

    This role assists in any other way deemed necessaryfor the efficient overall operation of the Finance Department infull compliance with the policy, regulatory and contractualframework.

    The role will business partner with all hotel financeteam members and all hotel departments. The role will participatein all relevant Finance training and development programs. In caseof a joint job role any responsibility relevant joint jobdescriptions will apply in accordance with Hilton's jobsegregation policies. What are we looking for?

    • Abilityto analyze large volume of complex financial information from manysources and create reports, forecasts, and projections
    • Strong problem solving skills, including ability to effectivelyaddress any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
    • Ability to proactively identify and prevent potentialproblems
    • Ability to help develop problem solving skillsamong direct reports and other team members as appropriate
    • Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize andimplement all elements required for team to fulfillresponsibilities
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Ability to develop presentations and effectively presentto all levels of company, hotels & owners.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels ofmanagement and external customers)
    • Proficient in MSExcel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn newprograms when required
