Supporting the marketing activities.- Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence
- Assist with the collection of information for promotional literatures and marketing activities
- Develop good relationship with existing and potential members/clients.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
- Keeping reception area clean and tidy, at all times
- Managing appointments
- To adhere to company policy and presentation
- To deposit cash / Cheque / credit card slips to finance in time
- To participate in on job and other trainings and development activities
Job Types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Receptionist /marketing: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
- English, Arabic (preferred)
