- Ensure that you fully understandthe business strategy and positioning of the Anantara brand, andthat you are able to effectively articulate this positioning in themarketplace. This is a responsibility of ALL sales professionals,regardless of their responsibilitylevel.
- Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledgeon all Anantara product and service offerings, and the products,services, rates and new developments of key competitors, and anawareness of general industrytrends.
- Understand the relative importance andpriority of the current account base, so that personal efforts canbe directed accordingly.
- Support thedevelopment of new client contacts and the maintenance of detailedinformation on the potential revenues from theseaccounts.
- Achieve all personal financial andnon-financial objectives, working with department leadership toensure these objectives aremet.
