Responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, and storing of materials on work orders and material transfers.


  • Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas.
  • Performing 'cyclic counts' and routine stock checks as required.
  • Maintaining the outside area of the stores safe clean and tidy condition.
  • A shared responsibility as part of the stores team to respond to emergency assistance for the issuing of materials out of hours.
  • Assisting with input onto the Oracle module and occasionally placing purchase request on the instruction of the store's officer/coordinator or in his absence.
  • Staff may be required from time to time to issue materials from the stores out of hours for emergency/unplanned works.
  • Responsible for duties as assigned, relating to internal controls, and including safeguarding of company assets, reliability of stores information, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Prepare reports of stock condition and activity.


Salary:
QAR2, QAR2,200.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
