As a Sales Executive specializing in Sustainable Packaging Products, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our eco-friendly packaging solutions to businesses seeking sustainable alternatives.
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual who shares our commitment to sustainability and can drive sales growth in this important market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target businesses that prioritize sustainability in their packaging choices.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on sustainable packaging products.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
- Develop an indepth understanding of our sustainable packaging product offerings.
- Consult with clients to assess their packaging needs and recommend suitable ecofriendly solutions.
- Articulate the environmental benefits and costefficiency of our sustainable products.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong, longterm relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized packaging solutions that align with their sustainability goals.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our sustainable packaging solutions.
- Effectively communicate how our products contribute to reducing environmental impact and improving brand image.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to secure orders.
- Close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with sustainability objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about sustainability trends, regulations, and developments in the packaging industry.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, for management.
- Offer insights and recommendations for refining the sustainable packaging sales strategy.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from the field.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in selling sustainable or ecofriendly products.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable packaging principles and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must hold a Valid (Qatar) Driving License (LMV)
- Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field is preferred
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary and commission structure.
Pay:
QAR4, QAR7,500.00 per month
