- Develop course outlines, syllabi,lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to create anoptimum learning environment in alignment with theSchool's curriculum outcomes, evolving professionalscopes of practice, and industryrequirements.
- Deliver instruction to maximizestudent development and retention, employing a variety of teachingand development strategies to meet diverse studentneeds.
- Contribute to faculty, course andprogram meetings and participate in initiatives to monitor andenhance student success.
- Fulfill the role ofsubject-matter-expert through various program and campus-wideactivities as well as external industry and communityengagements.
- Demonstrate a command ofeducational best practices within the discipline by aligninglearning assignments within practical industry-relevantcontexts.
- Maintain course portfolio documentsrequired for accreditation purposes and engage in instructionalredevelopment/improvement plans.
- Maintainaccurate records of student progress and attendance and provideprompt feedback, recording grades and attendance within establisheddeadlines.
