Day Shift Technician:

Take overfrom the night shift and review incidents during the previous shiftfor follow-up.
Check the status of all equipment and logany observations.
Address complaints and ensure propercommunication with relevant personnel.
Follow up onplanned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Coordinate with contractors for scheduled maintenance or ad hoctasks.
Perform emergency support duties as needed.
Conduct pass-down meetings to update colleagues onequipment status and repair works.
Assist in equipmentchangeovers and monitor equipment parameters.
Summarizedaily activities and hand over to night shift technicians.
Record daily work activities in the logbook.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Night ShiftTechnician:

Accountabilities:

Workeffectively with subcontractors.
Provide timely responseand immediate action for repairs.
Update dailyinformation in the in-house CAFM database.
Ensurequality standards are met.
Provide regular updates andfeedback on repair status.
Adhere to work completionschedules.
Enforce safety measures for self andsubcontractors

Salary :
