+ Provide L2 support for enterprise network devices including routers switches firewalls VPNs and wireless infrastructure+ Monitor network performance availability and connectivity to ensure SLA compliance+ Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents performing root cause analysis for recurring issues+ Implement configuration changes under approved change management procedures+ Support L2 security operations including firewalls IDS/IPS WAF DNS security and endpoint protection+ Monitor security alerts and assist in incident response escalation and mitigation.+ Ensure network security policies configurations are applied correctly across devices Configurie network devices VLANs routing protocols OSPF BGP and firewall policies Assist with VPN configuration IP addressing anetwork segmentation as required Validate an maintain backup configurations of network ansecurity devices Respond to service requests incidents an escalations from L1 teams Maintain incident logs resolution documentation Coordinate with L3/Senior teams vendors for unresolved or critical issues Maintain accurate network diagrams device inventories operatin documentation Prepare reports on incidents resolution status anetwork performance Support audits compliance reporting as required Coordinate with L3 engineers NOC teams vendors escalated issues Assist in deployment migration upgrades ofnetworkansecurity infrastructure Provide technical guidance junior engineersL1 supportteams Ensure compliance enterprise secuity policiebest practices Assist applying patches updates securiy hardening ondevices Follow ITILorganizational procedues changeincident problemmanagement Hands-on experience wiithnetworkdevices Cisco Juniper Fortinet Palo Alto etc Knowledge of firewalls VPNs IDS/IPSWAF endpointsecuirity Understanding routing switching VLANsandIP addressin Familiarity wirthnetwork monitoring tools dashboards NMS SIEMetc Strong troubleshootingdocumentation collaboration skilsls.
