Responsibilities

• Modernize Search feature development, making it significantly faster and easier, with reduced overall cost of ownership and improved product coherence.
• Align the technical outlook and strategy across Search product areas cross-functionally, including relevant teams in Core and Research.
• Co-lead the outlook and roadmap for Search Developer Platform and, with Area Team Leads guidance, for Search Platforms at large.
• Transform the roadmap to reality by being the direct technical driver for multiple engineering teams as well as influencing the broad organization.
• Serve as an advocate for inclusive teams and a culture where everyone can grow. Identify high-potential technical leaders and mentor them to take on increasing responsibilities.
