- Ensure that all work is carriedout as per the contract and client specification and assist theSite Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed;
- Managing the preventive and corrective maintenanceactivities of facilities. Provide technical and professionalsupport to the Maintenance team and manage the day today managementof the maintenance and operation
- Developing andImplementing Maintenance plans to best industry practices.
- To formulate, develop and implement systems that willensure the facilities are maintained and operated in accordancewith current legislation and to its optimum efficiency
- Demonstrable ability to use maintenance optimization techniques toextend asset lifecycles and ensure the best fit between maintenancefrequency's, cost and life span.
- Represent theFacilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support andfacilitate communication and action between departments;
- Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and supportsystems and supervise and train facility employees and contractorsas needed
- Set up, maintain, and organizedepartment's central files, information, filing, andmessages and provide administrative support to the Facilitiesteam;
