Your keyresponsibilitieswillbe:
Develop and execute acontent strategy aligned with theagency sgoals. Stay updated on real estatetrends market dynamicsand audience preferences to create relevantcontent. Manage acontent calendarfor consistent delivery of realestaterelatedcontent. Collaborate with marketingsales and designteams to align content with businessobjectives. Createhighqualitywritten visual and multimedia content for websitessocial media andmarketing materials. Implement SEObest practicesfor enhanced content visibility across onlineplatforms. Ensurecontent adheres tobrand guidelines maintaining a consistent andprofessional brandimage. Produce insightful marketreports andanalyses showcasing industryexpertise. Craft engagingpropertydescriptions highlighting unique selling points toattractbuyers. Develop informative contentpieces including guidesarticles and blog posts educating clientson real estate trends.
Manage socialmedia curating content to engage and buildbrandawareness. Collaborate with customerservice teams forconsistent messaging and effective clientcommunication. Utilizeanalyticstools to track and adjust content performance strategiesbased ondata insights. Ensure all realestate content complies withlegal and regulatory standardsincluding fair housinglaws.
Requirements Musthave at least 2 years of relevant experience ineducated to fluent in English alongwith your native language eitherRussian Italian French German Chinese Arabic orIndian.
