    Vidal Associates Consulting and Search, a leading player in the direct recruitment of specialist executives and managers in France and abroad, is recruiting for its client a Senior Manager - Project Management Office M/F - Tourism Policies, low post Tunis (Tunisia) with frequent travel to the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) .

    As part of the growth of its activities in the Middle East region, our client is recruiting a:
    Senior Manager - Project Management Office H/F - Tourism Policies
    Low Post Tunis (Tunisia) with frequent trips to the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia)You will be part of the project management team and interact with industry experts who will help you deploy the skills in project management.

    You will be responsible for:
    - Work with staff in all offices on client engagements and internal initiatives, as well as with international teams (Middle East) as appropriate;
    - Provide end-to-end project management support for clients in all sectors of activity (Government and Public Sector, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy, Distribution, Services, etc.) in Tunisia and internationally;
    - Ensure the smooth running of all the projects and sub-projects that make them up;
    - Ensure the follow-up of project deliverables in a proactive approach;
    - Provide support for the development and implementation of governance models;
    - Provide support for the definition of Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and other project artifacts;
    - Provide support for the monitoring of project compliance in terms of quality assurance;
    - Provide support for the identification of risks and the implementation of mitigation plans;
    - Support the definition of performance indicators (KPIs) and the development of project reporting;
    - Work closely with client teams to build strong relationships at all levels and act as a project manager on a day-to-day basis;
    - Advise clients on Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) themes and related issues and design solutions that can help transform clients' organizations;
    - Manage and execute a wide variety of projects including but not limited to: Transformation projects, IT implementations, business process reengineering, feasibility studies, etc. ;
    - Managing risks, issues and change - maintaining mechanisms to manage change control, risks and issues in specific projects;
    - Identify objectives, polish themproject procedures and performance standards;
    - Document any business requirements for specific initiatives/projects;
    - Organize activities of specific program/project areas;
    - Monitors project budgets and prepares regular status reports;
    - Evaluate project results in terms of quality, consistency, accuracy, overall value, completion dates, and performance of providers;
    - Ensure that the registration and maintenance of a project database containing all related information (data, documents, reports, etc.) takes place;
    - Lead knowledge development and sharing, using knowledge management methodologies, techniques and processes;
    - Coordinate with others in the use of learning and development tools and techniques to analyze, identify, and communicate change requirements.
    You are a graduate of the business school (Business School, Engineer).
    You have more than 10 years' experience as a PMO in the field of tourism project and programme management, both in government and in the public sector.
    A certification in project management (PMP, Prince 2) is an asset.
    You have good knowledge of government and the public sector in the MENA region, including an in-depth understanding of global trends in government and the public sector.
    You are proficient in planning and reporting tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Primavera P6.
    You are trilingual: Arabic, French, English (written and spoken).
