- Maintain complete knowledge of andcomply with all departmental policies, service procedures andstandards.
- Report to work at the scheduled timein the housekeeping office, neatly groomed and in clean uniform andpolished shoes as per standard.
- Ensure that standards are maintainedat a superior level on a dailybasis.
- Recognize and report all missing,damaged or sub-standard furniture, fixtures andequipment.
- Respond to guest and managementrequests timely and professionally.
- Anticipate guests preferences andprovide high-standard of guestservice.
- Comply to the regular generalcleaning schedules of all areasassigned.
- Move and remove furniture in guestrelated as well as office space.
- Communicate with fellow Associatesand other departments to ensure guest/Associates needs aremet.
- Ensure that all reports, task sheets,etc., are filedaccordingly.
- Maintain thecleanliness and tidiness of guest corridors/foyers by performingwall-/door washing, vacuuming, dusting of crown molding, millwork,furniture, artwork, baseboards, interior window, mirror cleaning,high dusting and cleaning of all light fixtures including ceilingfixtures.
- Cleans the elevator tracks of theguest floor corridor elevators on a regularbasis.
- Fulfill any guests request e.g.laundry pick-up, delivery of toiletries and any otherrequests.
- Brings, collect rollaway, baby cribsand other guest request items, Clean and stack neatly etc. todesignated point for collection by Houseman. When no longer needed,collects from designated collecting point and brings to finalstorage point (checks if clean, and in good workingorder).
- Refill housekeeping closets andlift-landings and ensure that enough stock of amenities, suppliesand linen are placed on eachfloor/area.
- Collect and deliver fresh and dirtylinen and ensure that trolleys are filledeffectively.
- Restock linen from laundry onto theshelves in the housekeepingdepartment.
- Collect all trash and brings it tothe compactor, ensuring it is handled asinstructed.
- Sweep and wet-mop all emergencystaircase as per schedule. Check daily and pick up anydebris.
- Collect new store supplies andequipment and place in the proper storageareas.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness ofall back of house areas, including areas such as offices, closets,corridors, and all Housekeeping storageareas.
- Maintain vacuum cleaners and otherequipment by cleaning up, changing bags whenneeded.
- Prepares AM and Turndown trolleys forAttendants as per standard before their shiftstarts.
- Assist in performing inventory oflinen, guest request items, amenitiesetc.
- All other duties as required bymanagement within the scope of theposition.
