Department
SURFACE DEVELOPMENT & SUSTAINABILITY


Primary purpose of job

  • Develop and maintain Asset Management (AM) standards, policies and practices as well as deploy AM processes and
systems to best manage QatarEnergy non-operated assets.


  • Perform quality assurance on core asset management practices as well as learn best practices and support in
developing and delivering training content.


  • Develop capabilities and build communities and perform knowledge management through training and development
programs.


Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Business Administration (or related field) with minimum of 10 years of experience

working with assets.

Has deep understanding of Asset Management, change management principles, QatarEnergy's corporate processes and

systems as well as prior experience of working with Asset Teams.
