Design, develop, teach advanced level theoryand practice, and assess using various learning methodologies in anassigned technical subject area, role plays, simulations,technology-delivered training, and workplace learning ore-learning.
Analyse the knowledge and skills gap inalignment of OJT (On Job Training) programs matrix and designlearning materials to meet individual needs, in coordination withLine supervision.
Design and develop simulator trainingand assessments or source appropriate test materials wherenecessary. Evaluate learner performance and prepare reports ofprogress.Design and develop Process/Technical Unittraining and Procedure Competency Assessments or source appropriatetest materials where necessary.
Recommend learningsolutions with course curriculum and responds to feedback fromlearners and makes adjustments or enhancements to the learningsolution based on feedback.
Develop operations processscenarios and modify lesson plans and learning materials and useinstructional methods and media effectively.Liaisewith Simulator Engineer and Training Coordinator to develop theoperations process scenarios to maintain Operator TrainingSimulator Hardware and perform OTS software housekeeping.
