Responsibilities:
- Leading both, inhouse and outsource team to follow marketing strategy
- Art direction and progressive marketing plan
- To be able to work with retail team to reach objectives for all retail stores
- Creativity and leadership skills is essential to bring new ideas to the table
- Plan & develop promotion and advertising in accordance with the marketing plan and analyze the results
- Liaison with newspapers, radio, television, billboard advertisers, and advertising agencies to negotiate advertising contracts
- Manage all activities in the Special Events and launches to ensure excellent customer service
- Keep abreast of concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry
- Supports the development and execution of the offline, online and social marketing plans
- Supports the basic intent of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales and fostering customer loyalty
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns
- Managing marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with brands' identity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in Luxury retail industry.
- Must be Bilingual (English and Arabic Speaker)
