    • Ensure awareness and deliver the optimumlevels of service and guestsatisfaction
    • Maintains the HACCP standards asrequired by the regional governing body
    • Ensureall hotel property and facilities are maintained an in an optimalworking order
    • Ensure rooms/events is set priorto the commencement of service
    • Master all POSsystems
    • Establish and maintain effectivecommunication across all divisions
    • Lead byexample through a passionate, hands onapproach
    • Assist with collecting information forthe monthly P&L review
    • Records andreports Glitch incidents with integrity andtransparency
