    Responsibilities:

    • Receive customers complaints and inquiries via email and coordinatewith assigned team member to respond/ followup.
    • Follow up customer s complaints andinquiries with the assigned branches untilresolution.
    • Follow up schedules and updatetechnicians with any canceled appointments.
    • Maintain an organized geographic work schedule fortechnicians.
    • Daily schedule review to maintainan organized schedule log, highlighting completed and pending joborders.
    • Maintain an organized archive of alljob orders and related documents, in hard and soft copyforms.
    • Perform additional duties ascommunicated and assigned.
