Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management to support decisionmaking.
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma with 45 years experience in sales/business development in IT industry.
- Excellent knowledge on IT infrastructure products/services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
