    As an AI Product Manager, you will help design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive innovation. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless AI implementation and maintenance.

    Responsibilities
    • Support the team to enable the product vision, strategy, and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle.
    • Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross‑functional team members in the pod.
    • Support the product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
    • Ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end‑user testing and research insights).
    • Support the pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals.
    • Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from technical and non‑functional requirements (i.e., production stability, performance, maintainability).

    In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the AI Transformation crew in Qatar focusing on driving the adoption of artificial intelligence across the bank to enhance efficiency, decision‑making, and customer experiences.

    Your expertise
    • Working in agile environments with understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management.
    • Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or applied research is a significant plus.
    • Exposure to product marketing, customer success, and change management in AI contexts.
    • Supporting outcome‑focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results); team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and analytical and problem‑solving skills.
    • Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
