Job Purpose:

To support the operations manager by handling inventory and systems as well as supporting HR external offers and communication


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • In charge of the entire spa inventory.
Counting /storing/checking expiry dates /reporting.

  • In charge of receiving requirements from branches, checking requirements against stock availability, prepare/ dispatch. Receive goods and check purchase orders against received items.
  • Database clean up and update of products on system. Checking used /unused items
  • Centralized system administrator and controller, in charge of ensuring data access is well maintained.
  • Administrative tasks including answering branch questions on products and systems only
  • Being on call for server down times
- system updates should be done periodically in a manner that does not disrupt operation of branches

  • Replacement of Accountant as and when necessary
Side jobs Accounting and HR

  • Cash counting with HR and deposit in bank
- recording deposit on accounting system


Authorities:


  • Communicating with vendors and suppliers directly.

Accountabilities:


  • Stocks are well maintained :expiry dates, storage ,dispatch on time
  • System checks and monitors
  • Passwords are maintained and updated regularly with a copy of passwords in the safe.
  • Audit of products are done efficiently and cost effective

Pay:
From QAR3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
