Job Purpose:
To support the operations manager by handling inventory and systems as well as supporting HR external offers and communication
Duties & Responsibilities:
- In charge of the entire spa inventory.
- In charge of receiving requirements from branches, checking requirements against stock availability, prepare/ dispatch. Receive goods and check purchase orders against received items.
- Database clean up and update of products on system. Checking used /unused items
- Centralized system administrator and controller, in charge of ensuring data access is well maintained.
- Administrative tasks including answering branch questions on products and systems only
- Being on call for server down times
- Replacement of Accountant as and when necessary
- Cash counting with HR and deposit in bank
Authorities:
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers directly.
Accountabilities:
- Stocks are well maintained :expiry dates, storage ,dispatch on time
- System checks and monitors
- Passwords are maintained and updated regularly with a copy of passwords in the safe.
- Audit of products are done efficiently and cost effective
Pay:
From QAR3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
