We are urgently hiring for a well known Oil and Gas Operating company Based in Qatar. It will be rotational job with an attractive salary.

  • Assignment type
    :Offshore with rotation:
  • Minimum 7 year in a Rig Supervisory roles
  • Experience with offshore
    jackup rigs ( Highly preferred)
  • Has valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification.
  • BMI (Body Mass Indicator) below 3
  • No prior experience in Qatar
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English.
  • Age below 57 years

Day to day duties:


  • Supervision of well operations including drilling, completions, work overs, program logistics, etc. for multisite, multirig programs.
  • Management of shared services for multisite, multirig programs.
  • Supervision of multiple onsite and offsite support contractors.
  • Implementation and stewardship of SHE Performance Improvement Programs. Incident investigations per Company standards, Identification of Root causes and
- remediation requirements.

  • Follow up on company's Quality Department and third party inspection of service equipment.
  • Create action items, assign it to responsible personnel, and follow up on it to ensure
- the delivery of objectives in timely manner.

  • Create daily detailed and accurate Wellview reports
  • Interface internally with other Drilling Team members in addition to company
- stakeholders such as Platform PIC's, Quality, Logistics, and Subsurface.

  • Provide mentorship for the development of National Engineers and junior staff
