A Content Creator and GraphicDesigner is responsible for the production of all graphics work andensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the specifiedrequirements ensuring that the hotels style and Hilton LXR brandstandards are maintained. You will be the mastermind behind everysnapshot video reel and compelling copy that showcases the essenceof luxury at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts. Fromglamorous hotel rooms to flavourful culinary delights and events tobe published on all of our social media platforms.

What will I bedoing

Responsible for the formattingand creation of visual images and copy using computerassistedprograms. Create stimulating and appealing visual images and copywhich is in keeping with the established Hilton brand standards andthe hotels style in different mediums and fulfilling various needsof both departments and outlets alike. Assist the Marketing& Communications Team in creating a tangible aspect to theservices of the hotel through the creation of specific marketcollateral and artwork. Work in tandem with the Marketing &Communications Team to create a unified and distinct visual styleof the hotel.

QUALITY

• Createvisually appealing and aesthetically pleasing visual images andcopy that is reflective of the hotels style and is in keeping withHilton brand standards and advertisingguidelines.
• Create marketing collateral whichgives tangible clues as to the intangible services and products ofthe hotel through visual images andcopy.
• Create designs concepts and samplelayouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic designconcepts.
• Determine size and arrangement ofillustrative material and copy and select style and size oftype.
• Use computer software to generate newimages.
• Mark up paste and assemble finallayouts to prepare layouts for printer.
• Drawand print charts graphs illustrations and other artwork usingcomputer.
• Review final layouts and suggestimprovements as needed.
• Key information intocomputer equipment to create layouts for client orsupervisor.
• Prepare illustrations or roughsketches of material discussing them with clients and/orsupervisors and making necessary changes.
• Studyillustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materialsproducts or services.
• Produce still andanimated graphics for onair and taped portions of television newsbroadcasts using electronic videoequipment.
• Aware of all recent market trendsand assess competitors by competitive analysis and positioning. Isconstantly aware of new advancements in visual mediums andcomputerassisted graphics programs; keeping selfabreast of thedevelopments and utilizing developments to their fullestpotential.
• Is aware of the hotels distinctstyle and maintains established standards of copy and visual imagesacross all mediums and assigned tasks.
• Developgraphics and layouts for product illustrations company logos andInternet websites.
• Confer with clients todiscuss and determine layout design.
• Create aclear and defined perception in the mind of both internal andexternal guests of the hotel through the use of different visualand nonvisual mediums.
• Assist on TalentAttraction Visuals to bepublished.
