Position Overview:
We're seeking a personable and organized Restaurant Hostess to enhance our guests' dining experience. Your role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a friendly attitude.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and walkins efficiently.
• Liaise with staff to optimize table turnover and service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and inviting hostess station.
• Inform guests about specials and promotions.
• Assist with special events and private parties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customerfacing or hospitality experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
