Authorities:


  • Mobilize resources to ensure ontime project delivery.
  • Carry out all technical implementations, and execution of EXTELL & IAS systems and consultation with the Operations Director & Sales Head.

Job Summary:


  • Responsible for the execution of ELV, Building Automation, BMS testing, and commissioning projects.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Planning, Execution & overall Project Management emphasizing scope, time, cost, & Quality control over all EXTELL projects.
  • Evaluation of technical parameters, review of project design, technical documents, erection drawing and highlight discrepancies if any.
  • Technical assistance for system configuration for all the systems.
  • Participating in technical meetings and resolving client/engineering and
Management project issues.


  • Prepare and share report and update for operation director.
  • Co-ordination with consultants, vendors, Statuary bodies for various clearances required for project execution.
  • Pre-Sales support for Sales Dept.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

An Engineering graduate with 10 years of experience in ELV or Building Automation, BMS. Industry, involved in Design review, Installation, Commissioning, Project Execution and Implementation of ELV, Building Automation, BMS Systems.


Industry-Wide Technical Skills:


  • Knowledge/experience in Building Integration System.
  • FAS Graphics.
  • Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Intrusion Alarm Systems.
  • Building Automation & BMS Gas Suppression System.
  • FAS Fiber Optics Networking.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Experience:


  • ELV, and Building automation: 5 years (required)
