• Lead and manage the bid andproposal department for all bids, from the commencement of enquiryto acceptance of the award and subsequent handover to the allocatedprojects team.
• Analyse customers'requirements, i.e. tender requirements, and prepare high-leveloverviews and associated planning in close coordination andalignment with the relevant BHS/MHS Bid Managers to achieve therequired and desired level of quality and performance throughoutthe bid and enquiry lifecycle.
• Lead internaland external key meetings and provide clear feedback and summariesof required outcomes and actions.
• Prepare anddeliver Sales Presentations both internally and externally, andparticipate in the offer negotiation/post-tenderclarifications.
• Take an active role as overallBid Manager on major proposals.
