1. Global implementation effort with multiple Medium toLarge Complex projects being managed will typically have:
   1. Individual team members from 5-7 crossfunctional teams and business sectors
   2. 2-4Service providers needed to delivery key portions of the solution,which will include infrastructure, applications, and severalinterdisciplinary teams to support execution
   3. Serves as the leader of a multi-person projectmanagement team
   4. Joint project sponsors whichrequires project manager to gain consensus and set expectations
   5. Global business customers impacted by projectdelivery involving multiple sector geographies
2. Directs global projectteam activities by influencing cross functional team memberswithout direct line of authority (daily)
3. Effective communication with project sponsor,Manager / Director, in customer organization (weekly)
4. Status presentation and Stage Gate approvalmeeting with Directors and Sr Directors (Monthly)
5. Sector business associates involved in projectdelivery (as needed)
6. IT Services Supplierscoordination to deliver needed IT Services required for projectdelivery
7. Works with EPMO Governance Analyst toalign on key project artifacts and gains alignment on projectgovernance
