Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the juice factory, ensuring optimal productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including production, supply chain, quality control, and maintenance, to streamline processes and achieve production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet demand while maintaining costeffectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Implement best practices to enhance factory performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness among the team.
- Train, mentor, and motivate factory staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports and present operational performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a manufacturing or food processing environment, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in using productivity software and systems for data analysis and reporting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
