Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate and uptodate data entry of inventory movement and stock levels in Milaha Ship Management's warehouse management system


  • Assist Coordinator

  • Materials with handing materials/equipment to the concerned person and ensuring delivery notes are signed
  • Coordinate with vendors while ordering material and track shipments
  • Perform regular stock accuracy checks and inventory turnover calculations to identify fastmoving, and slowmoving goods
  • Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards


  • Assist Supervisor

  • Warehouse in efforts to facilitate disposal of obsolete inventory by categorizing all goods in workshop and warehouse facility

Education & Professional Qualification:

Professional Experience:

  • 5 Years
  • Competency in similar field
  • Good Knowledge of Warehousing Process

  • Business fluent English

  • Should be familiar with requirement of materials.
