We are looking
Senior Budget & Cost Control Analyst for Qatar.


Responsibilities

  • Assists Section Head in reviewing proposed Global budget submissions from department managers for accuracy and
completeness.

  • Develop templates for budget planning & monitoring activities.
  • Examine whether budget submissions can be achieved based on known capacity constraints and inform management of
potential problem areas

  • Propose enhancements to the budget model
  • Inform department managers of due dates for the submission of budget information
  • Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances
  • Prepare periodic Cash‐flow reports by analysing the actuals, commitments & upcoming demands for planning & monitoring
purposes.

  • Re‐allocating funds across different fund centres and activities, and controlling spending.
  • Manages the Material Management, and Sales Systems in SAP.
  • Processing high volumes of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and CWOs in SAP with a commitment to accuracy as per the
contracts and commitments.

  • Implementation, Monitoring and Control of Budgets through timely reporting and meeting with department managers &
Directors.

  • Manages end‐to‐end divisional Sales (Revenue Generation) process & activities to ensure all revenues generated are recorded
and reported effectively.

  • Liaises with relevant stakeholders, internal & external to process sales requirements ensuring guidelines are followed for
revenue generation activities.

  • Creating SAP Purchase Orders & Service Entry Sheets in SAP against validated contracts and services performed.
  • Taking care of vendor invoicing issues, material / service discrepancies & resolutions.
  • Liaising with manpower vendors for outsourced staffing & ensuring resources & cost optimizations
  • Outline and create presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Support vendor negotiations and strategic partnership agreements
