Key Job Accountabilities

Dutiesinclude, but are not limited to:

• Provide Companyrepresentation in monitoring and coordinating the site activitiesof EPC

Contractor, vendor and its sub-contractors for allelectrical, control and instrument
installations. Reporton the construction activities, progress, areas of concern andmitigating
actions. Prepare for and participate inconstruction related meetings.

• Monitor and assist theEPC Contractor, vendor, and sub-contractors in the implementationof

site specific SHE program, emergency response andevacuation drill programs. Participate in
incident/accident investigation and prevention of recurrence. Promotessafety awareness and
safe performance among project teammembers, including consultants andcontractor
personnel.

• Coordinate EPCContractor, vendor s work activities, and interface coordinationwith the

activities of Third Parties. Review of methodstatements, JSAs and other documents to ensure
safe andproper construction and PMC by EPC Contractor. Ensure constructionwork carried
out in accordance with Qatargas rules,regulations, standards as applicable.

• Coordinate andmonitor sequence of Completion of plant Process, Utilities ,associated

Electrical Substations, Instrument technicalrooms, Control rooms, Telecom & Networkrooms,
Distribution systems, including issuance of SiteAcceptance to various system and subsystems
with in theproject by identifying zone classifications and Explosion proofrequirements.

• Monitoring Site acceptance tests,including commissioning activities of SubstationControl

System and Equipment s such as Switch gears,Transformers, SMDBs etc and all substation
utilities andprotection systems.
