Job summary
Performs the Quarterly preventative maintenance for the Unix/Linux infrastructure H/W company sites according to Client as standard procedure. Handle Unix/Linux infrastructure incidents and apply the corrective actions as per Client service level target (SLT) and incident management procedure.
+Responsibilities
- Responds to emergency tickets and incidents related to IT Operations.
- Automate frequent Unix/Linux tasks and provisioning activities and the daily changes tasks using automation technologies such as Red Hat Ansible and VMWare Aria Automation.
