- Collaborate with other departments todeliver market-leading activations in Food & Beverage, Spa,Leisure Tourism, and MICE segments, fostering synergies andmaximizing impact
- Work closelywith the hotel's award-winning outlets to drive internalcapture and deliver on the outlet's commercial goals,fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Assist in analyzing and reporting onmarketing activations, providing valuable insights to optimizefuture initiatives and enhance ROI
- Actively own and manage multiple socialmedia accounts for key products, creating engaging content andexecuting a monthly content plan to drive awareness and engagement.
- Plan and support the execution of regular photoshootsfor exciting products, liaising with internal content creators andexternal marketing agencies to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Develop and execute promotions campaigns in F&B,weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital andsocial media channels, leveraging data-driven strategies tomaximize reach and impact.
- Engage in proactive onlinereputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments(positive or negative) on social media channels and respondingpromptly and professionally.
