To put guest care as a priority, with every effort being made to meet guest's needs with all comments/complaints being actioned, following procedures as laid down in the service standards manuals.


  • To assist in the production of daily figures of revenue and occupancies.
  • To ensure that Front Office Area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • To handle and follow up complaints as per standard.
  • To maintain high standard of personal appearance at all times.
  • To ensure that covering letters, Passport copy and vouchers are attached to registration cards after checking in guests
  • To take the proper guarantee from the guest upon check in.
  • To check daily reservation and make the allocation as well as checking any special requests accordingly
  • To fill properly guest's information in the guest profile with Name, first name, nationality, passport number, any special Guest preferences.
