- Take complete accountability for projects' work stream and shall be accomplished to complete projects within the agreed costs and time.
- Mixed use development project experience
- GCC experience is mandatory
- Have a Driving License
- Construction and project management background
- Excellent & professional English communication skills
- Maintains excellent communication with upper management both within and across organizations to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, tools & techniques, and ability to adapt them to the organization.
