Your day-to-day:


  • Perform maintenance work on a wide range of Gas operated, electrical, and mechanical Kitchen & laundry equipment
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls.
  • Responsible to carry out the preventative maintenance schedule in a timely manner
  • Record details of work completed, purchase requisitions, store requisitions, and other workshop documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Conduct inspection tours to ensure that equipment is working properly.
  • Ability to manage the spare part list of all the equipment.
  • Responsible to follow up on all ordered materials and maintain adequate stock.
  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition.
  • Keep technical training knowledge and skills current.
  • Must have good contacts & communications with local kitchen suppliers.

What we need from you:


  • Relevant educational degree
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
  • International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
  • Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good English
