    The MRAP PlatformSupervisor maintains an in-depth knowledge of all MRAP FOVplatforms and subsystems.

    Manages shop workflow, upgrades, repairs,corrosion control and storage of the MRAP FOV and associated OVE.Reports any damaged equipment that must be replaced by theGovernment and shall submit the proper paperwork for Lost, Damagedor Destroyed Equipment.

    Stays up to date on new equipment andprocedures as they are implemented in compliance with thePerformance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable USAF mandatoryrequirements.

    Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement(PWS) and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). PrincipalAccountabilities
    • Manages personnel, inventory and other resourcesnecessary to accomplish the mission.
    • Ensures personnel adhere tosafety requirements and work is performed in a safe and efficientmanner to ensure correct and expeditious completion of work orders.
    • Maintains strict adherence to technical data and managementprocedures.
    • Ensures all quality standards and metrics are met,work is properly completed, and safety/environmental standards areupheld in coordination with the PWS.
    • Adjusts resources to meetproduction requirements to ensure reconstitution, preservation andinspection goals are attained.
    • Ensures all unused serviceablerepair parts are returned to the Material Control Section andremoved XD2/XF3 parts are turned back over to supply to clear theDIFM Account.
    • Verifies all Vehicle Down for Parts (VDP) decisionsand monitors/recommends cannibalization requirements.
    • Ensureswork is carried out in accordance with priorities, goals, andschedules.
    Ensures Limited Technical Inspections (LTI's)are performed within prescribed guidelines.
    • Supervises theinspection and preparation of USAF vehicle assets for air/land/seamovement.
    • Inspects/ensures the quality of work performed bysubcontractors and reports all deficiencies to the Superintendentand/or the Contracting Office.
    • Monitors job performance andensures staff training is adequate for the task.
    Recommends and/orprovides additional training when it is determined necessary.
    • Effectively resolves issues.
    • Coordinates special requirementswith supervision and production control.
    • Ensures accurate dailydocumentation of maintenance actions.
    • Provides information andreports as required.
    • Ensures all personnel accomplish maintenancewith the appropriate equipment and tools.
    • Ensures compliance withsafety directives, appropriate occupational safety and healthstandards, and applicable industrial safety publications andtraining.
    • Ensures scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actionsare entered and completed in the USAF Integrated Maintenance DataSystem (IMDS).
    • Advises supervision of conditions that may disruptthe orderly and controlled execution of the maintenance plan.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Works in normal office andmaintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required towork outdoors for extended periods.
    Minimum Requirements
    • Must beproficient in the use of personal computers and Windows OperatingSystem and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point,Excel and Word programs.
    • Must possess a valid home countrydriver's license and ability to obtain host nationdriver's license for the category of vehicles and equipmentassigned to MRAP.
    • May be required to operate material handlingequipment.
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Fiveyears as a general purpose or heavy equipment mechanic required.
    • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret SecurityClearance.
    • May be exposed to extreme noise from operatingequipment.
    • Will be required to wear proper Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as requiredfor task being performed.
    • Physically capable of performing allrequired duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50lbs.
    • Ability to travel domestically andinternationally.
