    The ideal candidate for this position will focus on promoting our products and services, as well as establishing relationships with new and existing accounts. The primary goal is to support ChefME customers in achieving sales and profit targets set by the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify potential customers and establish initial contact.
    • Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers to showcase product sales and provide tailored account strategies.
    • Develop and deliver presentations of our products at conferences, customer sites, and exhibitions.
    • Achieve annual sales goals and targets.
    • Manage the company's contact database with up-to-date information, ensuring accuracy and activity details.
    • Promote our platform through presentations, publications, and posters at conferences.
    • Compile monthly sales reports.
    • Conduct thorough testing of new product releases to support the product development team.
    • Provide valuable feedback from potential customers and internal stakeholders to enhance product functionality and service delivery.
    • Foster effective communication within the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams across the organization.
    • Identify opportunities for upcoming products, contributing to the development and enhancement of existing offerings.
    • Motivate sales staff to share market insights, facilitating easy access, recording, and use of relevant information.
    • Negotiate agreement terms and close sales deals.
    • Monitor and report competitor activities, identifying business threats and opportunities.
    • Minimize expired products by meeting established targets.
    • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP & ISO procedures at all times.
    • Attend required meetings and training courses.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 2-3 years).
    • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in customer-facing sales roles.
    • Familiarity with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of our food product lines and customer base.
    • Valid Qatar driving license required.
