- Develop and align the Talent Management strategy in line with the overall HR Strategy (as set by SVP Talent) and ensure that all the Talent and Performance Management frameworks, process, policies and enabling activities evolve and retention of diverse talent and leadership pipelines that address both short - term business needs as well as future business objectives.
- Partner with HR Business Partnering to implement and operationalize a fully integrated talent management approach and continuously drive adoption (Talent Identification, Review, Succession, Performance, Organizational Development, Professional Journeys, Internal Mobility, Internal Promotion Process) – aiming for impact, consistency and simplification.
- In cooperation with Learning & Development Management (L&D), design, develop and manage highly effective leadership development initiatives to drive organizational culture of change management, inclusive leadership, and individualized development to improve the depth and bench strength of QR Group leadership at various levels across the organization.
- Leverage the output data from talent assessment and talent analytics teams effectively in the pursuit of evaluating and tracking talent, supporting the improvement in performance, managing key talent segments and elevating cross-business mobility.
- Manage leadership and succession development strategy and design programs that align with the business and talent objectives.
- High School / Vocational Qualification with minimum 12 years of job-related experience or Bachelor Degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
- Advanced Talent Management; ability to translate into action e.g. playbook/toolkits
- Experience in developing and implementing Talent Management Frameworks and strategies that align with our organization goals and objectives
- Advanced employee engagement experience
- Strong HR project management experience (eg: HR Transformational project or Digital Transformation projects)
- Great communicator and influencer by being collaborative and engaging – able to raise awareness and gain buy-in from different business units
- People leadership experience – varied teams of a diverse nature
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
