• Instructand lead subordinates through their daily requirements in foodpreparation and actively take part in set up and supervising ofbuffets and special functions
• Coordinate and participatewith other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and costcontrol
• Consult and check on daily requirements,functions and last minute events
