    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Thisrole centers on cultivating deep client intimacy to achieve orsurpass assigned revenue and growth targets within designatedaccounts or sales territories.
    • Leveraging long-termclient relationships, the KAM serves as a trusted advisor, offeringinsights on array of solutions across marketing, market research,sales management, industry dynamics, trends, and IQVIA'sproduct, consulting, and service capabilities.
    • The rolealso involves proactively discerning client needs and collaboratingwith IQVIA's marketing, sales specialists, consultants, andclient service teams to craft and present tailored solutions forcomplex business challenges.
    • Moreover, the AccountManager spearheads the identification and pursuit of new businessopportunities and contract expansions within the assigned accounts,engaging with client managers at the marketing, market research,sales management, and IT levels.
    • They are the face ofthe company to the client and vice versa, overseeing allsales-related activities.
    • The role places a strongemphasis on monitoring client satisfaction with contracteddeliverables, working closely with the sales management team andClient Service management to ensure high customer satisfactionlevels. Skillfully managing renewals and subscriptions is also akey responsibility, and in certain instances, contributing to largecontract renewal efforts.
