Must Have: *
10+ years of overall experience, managing IT projects especially in contact center domain. * Program Level status reporting on the cost, schedule, improvements and innovations initiatives periodically * Manage different stakeholders, run governance and review meetings * Responsible for Innovation and Improvement initiatives for the Development and Support programs * Develop, manage and track program level schedules with dependencies and constraints * Overseeing project schedule, cost, quality and scope * Point of contact for managing the Change requests/Scope creeps * Responsible for overall service delivery and quality * Managing the defined and agreed SLAs and metrics and reporting it on the periodic basis Good To Have: * Preferred to have knowledge with Avaya and Verint
