• He/she performs end-userinteractions frequently with dinning-staff requiring advice onequipment operation or status.
• His/her rolealso involves assisting in major repairs and upgrades, andparticipating in large-scale maintenance duties as part of thedinning team.
• The kitchen equipmenttechnician's responsibilities also include carrying outthe documentation of procedures, processes, and best practices inon-plan sets and end-user manuals, or modifying what has previouslybeen documented.
• He/she is also responsible forperforming preventative maintenance as well as scheduled predictivemaintenance checks following manufacturers'recommendation or/and as assigned.
• Thetechnician also provides on-site support during special events aswell as during off hours, holidays, andweekends.
