• Diagnoseand troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Performrepairs and replacements for damaged component
• Installand configure applications according to customer needs
• Educate customers on device usage and maintenance
• Ensurecustomer satisfaction through efficient and effectiveservice
• Maintain accurate records of service visits andcompleted tasks
• Keep van stocked with necessary tools andreplacement parts
• Adhere to safety protocols andguidelines during service visits
• Communicate effectivelywith customers to understand their concerns and providesolutions
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate customerappointments
• Maintain professionalism and represent thecompany positively at all times
