You will be responsible in evaluating business processes and anticipate requirements, identify improvement areas, assist in developing and executing apt solutions, lead business process reviews, and perform requirement analysis.

You will perform user acceptance tests, monitor deliverables, enhance customer experience, and ensure timely completion of projects, facilitate process workshops, gather & document critical information, and manage process change.

Through your data-driven approach and collaborative efforts with stakeholders, you will contribute to the success of the organization.

  • Gather and develop client requirements to provide data driven requirement recommendations.
  • Evaluate and improve business processes through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, assist development teams in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Prepare requirements documents using standard templates to accurately write requirement specifications.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercise and propose solutions based on exercise outcomes
  • Conduct research and propose solutions based latest market trends.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Create functional specifications for solutions.
  • Draw wireframes for the different product pages
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Research, Documentation & Communication

  • Research and stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
  • Document and communicating the results of your efforts
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to crossfunctional team members and management.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Facilitate process workshops, document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
Prototypes & testing

  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the developed solution matches the gathered requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Support business transition and helping to establish change.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Six Sigma certification may be preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in business analysis or a related field may also be required.
  • Must have B2B experience and understanding
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and conducting requirements analysis.
  • Experience in evaluating and improving business processes through data analysis.
  • Experience in project management and working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience in managing process change and implementing solutions.
Skills and Abilities

  • Must have knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate.
  • Understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML and other key protocols is also desirable.
  • Excellent Modeling skills using business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN.
  • Related industry certificated (CBAP, PMI-PBA, SCPO).
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
