Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Supervisor Vendor, contributing to our continued growth. If you are an enthusiastic team leader looking for a new and exciting challenge, our multinational workplace awaits your expertise.
What's On Your Plate? Facilitate seamless financial transactions between vendors and talabat finance. Maintain an updated product catalogue. Lead a team of Vendor Coordinators to:
  • Ensure menu updates for all vendor partners.
Oversee effective inventory management and daily price changes, significantly reducing the Vendor Net Fail Rate. Address daily issues faced by vendors. Implement weekly promotions with 100% accuracy. Drive substantial improvements in vendor clean time, preparation time, and vendor lateness. Foster awareness among vendors regarding Pelican processes. What Did We Order? Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role. Comfortable working in a fastpaced and evolving environment. Capable of making decisions through analytical reasoning. Ability to transition swiftly from longterm planning to immediate action. Highly adaptable to change with a quick execution capability. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Works autonomously while also engaging with stakeholders, demonstrating curiosity and a desire to rapidly acquire expertise in all facets of Talabat and its industry.
