Strategic Planning Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of project planning strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction for scheduling and forensic delay analysis activities, demonstrating indepth knowledge of utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Complex Forensic Delay Analysis:

  • Conduct indepth forensic delay analysis, utilizing advanced methodologies, and demonstrating a high ability to analyze critical paths and reasons for delays. Illustrate the causality chain effectively.

Optimization Strategies:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for optimizing project timelines, including experienced handling of Extension of Time and disruption claims.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation to enhance project performance.

Expert Advisory Role:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on planning and scheduling methodologies, leveraging very good knowledge of AACEi and SCL delay and disruption standards and protocols.
  • Act as a key resource for resolving complex planning and delayrelated issues, with proficiency in presentations using PowerPoint.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to enhance project delivery.

Detailed Reporting:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on planning and delayed analysis findings.
  • Communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders, including nontechnical audiences.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project planning and forensic delay analysis.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Indepth knowledge of project management software and tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven experience in leading planning and delay analysis on largescale projects.
  • European qualification in project management is preferred.

QAR5, QAR17,304.08 per month
